Faith is the forever friend that you need all through your journey.
It only takes a moment of awareness to have hope spring from the acknowledgement of being blessed, for being able to breathe.
Like any other stereotype, gentleness is also misinterpreted with the ideation of being soft, flexible and always giving in nature. It’s not true. It’s ok to be soft and flexible but we must understand gentleness comes with courage and strength to build boundaries too.
The right kind of movement lies in making time for silence and finding peace within. Movement when viewed as transcendence, helps better ourselves by setting us free from our limitations.
We saw celebrity suicides and a rise in deaths in the age groups 35-50 years, thanks (no thanks) to Covid-19.
But wait, are we overlooking the already stressed lifestyles and compromised mental health too as reasons for the deaths?
With travelling, shopping, dine outs having come down due to pandemic, we are left with a question: were those really essential on the first hand? Getting back to basics matters, NOW!
If there’s something this pandemic has taught us all, it’s this: to prioritize our needs, work, and get to the basics. And most importantly, the isolation has made it clear that life is a solo journey.
While in the previous post I told you that the foundation for overcoming a crisis is acceptance, the one important factor that acts as a catalyst in speeding up the process of acceptance is AWARENESS.
The first step in facing a crisis is to ACCEPT IT. The more time we are in denial of the truth, the more complicated it gets. I understand it’s not easy to accept the crisis in the face of death and losing dear ones. But to survive and look forward, acceptance is a must.
