Your one-stop destination to indulge in unique poems of promise and also have them customised for gifting.
I’m a Mathematician-turned-Poetpreneur (no kidding!). Not that I hated Math and turned to poetry, just that life had other plans for me. I was happily teaching Engineering Math even while I was taking up freelance writing projects, doing some ghostwriting, web copy content and of course, penning poetry.
I used to write poetry for birthdays and anniversaries and for a change I thought why not frame it and that’s how it all started. What started with gifting for family and friends, started taking shape in a way even I had not dreamt of.
In fact, a year back too, I didn’t have the slightest inkling of becoming a Poetpreneur. I would have laughed outrightly had anyone given me that idea, like, who are you kidding, poetry and entrepreneurship? No way right? Poetpreneur sounds like an oxymoron.
But you know what, it was only during a Poetry workshop that I realised I was already earning through poetry through customised poetry frames something that others were struggling at. Though poetry and poets were thought of in high regard when it came to earning from poetry, it is still is a distant dream for many.
My belief in the potential of words to capture moments, bring back memories, express the unexpressed, comfort someone or bring upon a revolution is what made me take to poetry on a serious note. Even as I penned poetry for personal perspectives or for client’s customisations, I was ruminating over the idea of how can I make being a poet to be considered a full-time profession.
I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence; Two roads diverged in a wood, and I — I took the one less travelled by, And that has made all the difference. - An excerpt from Robert Frost's poem, The Road Not Taken
And now, here I am, with the vision to help poets and everyone else too to see poetry with a new light, as a serious business and a solace. Poets can make ends meet just even as they dissolve themselves in poetry .

It was a delightful experience of getting the picture of my Dad customised with Promising Poetry. Words, if used rightly, can create magic and that is why I was looking for a customised frame for my Dad’s picture and Seetha very clearly understood my feelings and my bond with my Dad.
She penned down beautiful poetry explaining my relationship so well that reading it for the first time just brought on tears to my eyes.
Thank you Promising Poetry for the amazing work. Stay blessed, Seetha!
The customised poetry gift that I received is a beautiful piece and an excellent poetic rendition.
Wish you the best in your every endeavour. Certain that you will attain success and stardom.
Thank you very much as I will cherish your “promising poetry just for you” for very long.
I have known Preethi (aka Seetha) from her childhood and her customised poems always amaze me. It gives me goosebumps and I always wonder how can a person write a customised poem even for strangers, that too with such accuracy. Only a few will have such a calibre and Preethi is that rare one.
I love her Tamil poetry and request to write more in Tamil too. Also, I’m impressed by her blogs on “Living with an autoimmune disorder” which brings out awareness on autoimmune disorders.
Proud of you Preethi, God Bless!
Big thanks to Promising Poetry & Preethi. I have taken assistance for more than 4 works & received 1 from my friends. Awesome, all of them were. What I like the best about her is she delivers in a very short span. I almost told them every time at the last moment and she managed to carry out the same immediately without a slight frown. Thank you so much. She also gets your thoughts immediately and the work matches your expectations perfectly. How at all she gets an acronym with the perfect description is best known to her. Personalised gifting, you get the best here.
Thank you Promising Poetry for the customized poetry gift which I ordered for my parents. I would say, it just created magic and the most memorable moments. My mom and dad loved it so much and magic came to light. Thank you so much.
It was a great experience working with you. Theme, wordings, the look…everything was in alignment with my expectations. Thanks for putting all these together into a great gift.
I would highly recommend Promising Poetry for a customised gift with a touch of poetry.
